Description

The V-Ring is known for its ease of installation and minimal space requirements within applications. It is available in different materials to suit various operational environments:

• Nitrile: This wear-resistant material can withstand temperatures up to 100 degrees Celsius. An anti-friction grade of Nitrile is also offered.
• Viton (FPM): Capable of withstanding temperatures up to 180 degrees Celsius, Viton also provides good resistance to aggressive environments and chemicals.

There are several types of V-Rings available to cater to different needs:

• VA Type: The most common type features a perpendicular backface. It seals axially against a counterface and is effective against dust, dirt, water, and oil splash.
• VS Type: This type has a wider angled body that ensures higher radial force compared to the VA type.
• VL Type: Designed for applications where space is at a premium.

All these types are available in Nitrile and FPM (an alternative to Viton). Other materials are available as non-stock items to meet specific requirements.
